There is no refund for a subscription or token purchased.
Subscribers can buy Tokens to purchase value-added services.
A subscription is required to access core features and value-added features of AssistEd. A token is required to buy value-added services.
When you access any value-added service, the pricing to access it will be indicated as the number of tokens required. In case you do not have a sufficient token balance, you can purchase them from the Home Page > Account Details > Buy Tokens.
Unused tokens will be available in your account as long as your subscription is active.
Visit the homepage and click on "Schedule Class” to schedule a class with an online teacher.
The duration of a class is 60 mins when you join a batch for group learning.. You can take personalized learning sessions in increments of 20 mins.
Students get an opportunity to select any teacher from our pool of professional teachers.
You can select multiple slots when scheduling a class. You need to buy tokens to confirm your schedule.
You can conveniently cancel a session through your dashboard, provided it is done at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
